These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Olde Orléans Clothing Guild website, products, and services. By accessing oldeorleans.store or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OOCG website, placing an order, or enrolling in a Guild membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable policies incorporated herein.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase or enroll in a Guild membership. By transacting with OOCG, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Descriptions

OOCG makes every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours, textures, and embroidery detail may vary slightly depending on your display settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product listings at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. OOCG reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Drop Releases — No Restock Policy

All themed drop releases (Floral, Eden, Flambeaux, and all future named drops) are final sale. Once a drop closes, no restock will occur under any circumstances. Sold-out product pages remain live as brand archive. This policy is absolute and non-negotiable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the OOCG website — including but not limited to the Guild Crest, brand name, taglines, imagery, product descriptions, copy, product designs, embroidery motifs, and fragrance names — is the exclusive intellectual property of Olde Orléans Clothing Guild. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any OOCG content is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action. See Policy 08 for the full IP & Brand Protection statement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OOCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.

9. Amendments

OOCG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
