Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Policy

Olde Orléans Clothing Guild was built on original creative work — a mark, a mythology, and a cultural identity that took years to develop. We protect our intellectual property seriously and expect all who engage with the brand to respect the boundaries of that ownership.

Social Media & Fan Content

OOCG welcomes authentic content created by customers who have purchased and are wearing our products. The following guidelines apply:

Photography of OOCG garments being worn is permitted and encouraged — tag @oldeorleans

Do not reproduce the Guild Crest, wordmark, or shield wrap in digital artwork, fan designs, or third-party merchandise

Do not present fan-created content in a way that implies it is official OOCG material

OOCG reserves the right to request removal of any content that misrepresents the brand or uses protected marks without authorisation

Counterfeit & Infringement Reporting

If you encounter any product, website, social media account, or business that you believe is infringing on OOCG's intellectual property — including counterfeit garments, unauthorized use of the Guild Crest, or misuse of our brand name — please report it immediately.

Contact: concierge@oldeorleans.store — subject line: IP REPORT. Include as much detail as possible including URLs, photographs, and platform information. OOCG takes all reports seriously and will pursue enforcement action where warranted.

Licensing

OOCG does not currently offer public licensing for any of its intellectual property. Any authorized use of OOCG marks, designs, or content requires a written licensing agreement executed with OOCG leadership. Inquiries may be directed to concierge@oldeorleans.store.

Legal Action

Olde Orléans Clothing Guild reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies — including injunctions, damages, and account of profits — against any party found to be infringing on our intellectual property rights. This applies to individuals, businesses, and digital platforms equally.
