Shipping policy

OOCG ships worldwide from our Canadian fulfillment partner. Our garments are produced to order and handled with the care you will experience when they arrive. We do not rush what was built to last.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, limited drops, or Guild launch windows, processing may extend to 10 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping notification with tracking once dispatched.

Domestic Shipping — Canada

—   Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

—   Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

—   Signature required on all orders above CAD $250

Complimentary standard shipping is available on domestic orders over CAD $200.

United States Shipping

—   Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

—   Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

All U.S. shipments are subject to applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. OOCG is not responsible for delays caused by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

International Shipping

OOCG ships to select international destinations via tracked courier. Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs charges imposed by their country of residence.

Ordre du Crête Member Shipping

All Ordre du Crête members receive complimentary expedited shipping on all domestic orders as a standing Guild benefit, applied automatically at checkout upon membership verification.

Fulfillment Partner

OOCG fulfills through a Canadian third-party logistics partner (ShipBob Toronto or equivalent). For all shipping inquiries, contact concierge@oldeorleans.store with your order number.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracked shipment has not moved within 10 business days of the last update, contact us and we will initiate a carrier investigation. OOCG is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruption, or customs processing, but we will always advocate for our customers.

Address Accuracy

OOCG is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you identify an error immediately after purchase, contact us within 2 hours and we will make every effort to correct it before dispatch.
