Guild Membership Terms

The Olde Orléans Clothing Guild is more than a loyalty program. It is a living institution — a structured community of patrons, collectors, and cultural stewards. Membership is governed by the following terms.

Membership Tiers

Heritage

—   Initiation Fee: CAD $75  |  Annual Renewal: CAD $45

—   Benefits: Member pricing (10% off retail), early access to select drops, Guild newsletter, birthday recognition, extended 21-day return window

Legacy

—   Initiation Fee: CAD $175  |  Annual Renewal: CAD $95

—   Benefits: All Heritage benefits plus 15% member pricing, priority customer service, first access to new colorway releases, Legacy-exclusive content, access to Legacy and Guild Crest colorways unavailable in Heritage

Guild Crest

—   Initiation Fee: CAD $350  |  Annual Renewal: CAD $175

—   Membership Cap: 300 seats — a permanent tribute to New Orleans' tricentennial legacy

—   Benefits: All Legacy benefits plus 20% member pricing, complimentary domestic expedited shipping, 48-hour early access to all themed drop releases before public, exclusive Guild Crest packaging, direct communication with the founder, permanent sequential member number

Founder Status

The founder of OOCG exists outside and above the tier framework. Founder status is singular and non-transactional.

Member Numbering — Guild Crest

Each Guild Crest member is assigned a permanent sequential member number at enrollment. This number is retired upon membership lapse and reassigned to the next qualifying member sequentially. Member numbers are not transferable, heritable, or purchasable outside the standard enrollment process.

Renewals & Lapsed Memberships

Memberships renew annually from the date of initiation. Renewal reminders are sent 30 days in advance. If a membership lapses, all associated benefits are suspended immediately. Reinitiation is available at the current published initiation fee. Historical member pricing does not carry over after a lapse of more than 90 days.

Non-Transferability

Guild memberships are personal and non-transferable. Member accounts, numbers, pricing, and access privileges may not be shared, sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

Conduct & Standing

OOCG reserves the right to revoke membership without refund in the event of fraudulent activity, abusive conduct directed at staff or fellow members, or any behaviour deemed inconsistent with the values and integrity of the Guild. This determination rests solely with OOCG leadership and is final.
